UNDERGROUND OFFICE STORAGE ROOM WATER INGRESS REPAIR BRISBANE

Coast to coast remedial & waterproofing were able to remove the water damaged plasterboard, insulation and frame work and apply a negative side waterproofing system to the exposed block work and concrete slab with hydrophilic injection waterproofing to the wall floor junctions, and apply a stippled paint finish and epoxy floor to finish.

OVERHEAD BEAM SPALLING CONCRETE REPAIRS

 Coast to coast were engaged to repair this damaged concrete beam on the Gold Coast. The beam had advanced concrete spalling (concrete cancer) and was in urgent need of repair, new reinforcing bars were welded in place and the repair was re mortared with high strength repair mortar with a high MPA due to the beam being load bearing.

EPOXY RAMP INSTALLATION CHEVRON ISLAND

Coast to coast remedial & waterproofing were contacted to provide a solution for an unfinished concrete slab and ramp join to a busy high rise on the Gold Coast the join had exposed reinforcing bars and exposed reinforcing bars and jagged unfinished concrete that was both a tripping hazard and potentially damaging to cars and water flooding into the Carpark during rain.

Our solution was to install a high strength epoxy resin ramp with a drainage system and steel grate to allow traffic and remove the hazards and water ingress issues.

CHEMICAL GROUT WATER PROOFING INJECTION

 Water ingress is a constant issue for underground carparks and storage areas. Coast to coast remedial & waterproofing are specialists in Hydrophilic / hydrophobic chemical waterproofing applications. Our team can use this method of waterproofing which solves the problem from underneath the source (negative side) as opposed to invasive works from above which is much more cost effective and negates the need to remove garden beds or tiles / pavers or defective membranes above.
